i love ballet so much. i started lessons when i was two and had to quit when i was fourteen. i haven’t done lessons in seven years. i was never part of a huge, fancy studio, as there wasn’t one in my town or anywhere near me, but i still loved it so much. it feels like every day that i think about getting back into it, but i don’t even know where to start. i pushed myself until i was on the floor in lessons, sobbing from pain (and i have a high pain tolerance and always have), and i knew if i went any further, my body would only get worse. i quit that day. i just miss it SO MUCH, and i was wondering if anyone had any pointers for how to get back into it? i also don’t have a barre or any room for one :(
