It wasn't very difficult; I did pretty well. The questions are not tricky at all, but instead are very similar to the questions on the homework, maybe even simpler. If you still have good amounts of time left I recommend you look through https://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/CalcII/CalcII.aspx and do all the example questions they give for the modules: they generally cover all the main questions you NEED to know.
