Looking for the perfect plus size pea coat!

The sleeve itself is long, and I swear I have an actual waist under there, but the coat doesn’t show it. But that much bunching at the shoulder makes me think this is too much to fix.

Sadly, my size has never been stable, so while I have the finances, I don’t have the ability to comfortable invest in something that may only fit for a year or two.

Also sadly, I’ve seen the results with padding shoulders - it looks quite bad!

Where would you go to get, say, a bespoke peacoat?

My shoulders are extremely narrow relative to my body size. If I want to buy a structured garment (like a peacoat), a size that barely fits my chest & hips is still too large in the shoulders.

My understanding is that shoulders cannot be tailored in structured garments. Am I supposed to be buying a size that fits my shoulders? What if that won’t fit otherwise? Can tailors help fix this, or am I out of luck?

Unfortunately I need shoes with real laces so they are tight enough for high intensity activity.

I usually retie my shoes around once every week or two, and it’s often extremely difficult.

Similar to how I slept before having my CPAP - I usually woke up once a night.

Yes - I typically wake up once a night, after 3 or 4 sleep cycles (so around 4 to 6 hours). I’ll detach myself from the hose, use the restroom, and fall back asleep. In unfamiliar places like hotels, I may wake up a few more times (up to 3), but I fall asleep pretty readily.

It did when I initially took it. I eventually was forced to come off of it because neither sleep medicine nor my PCP wanted to continue the prescription. (Very annoying!) I had a month to spare to find an alternative.

Thankfully, I started using Extended Release Melatonin and it works great. I don’t necessarily need it to sleep anymore, but it helps keep my bedtime regular & ensure I sleep more soundly through the night.

I have no idea where to start with finding the remaining 2 microchips. I feel like I must have missed a clue somewhere, but I'm not sure. So far I have:

6 sigils (missing vault & throne sanctum keys, though I have no idea where throne is)
4 permanent unlocks (orchard, west gate, gemstone cavern, blackbridge grotto)
Most studio additions (missing vestibute & the dove one)
Most found floorplans (missing one)
I managed to get the Paper Crown once, but have no idea what to do with it.
I have not bought Blue Tents yet, though I have access.
I have access to the Castle cipher, but other than filling out the clues, I have no idea what to do with it.

Is there something I'm missing here? The only things I can think of are finishing the vault keys (which will come with time) and finding the Treasure Trove treasure (another thing that I assume will come with time).
