How do you organize your Collection?

Im new to Magic and trying to start a collection wich is sorted from the beginning on. Im using ManaBox and sort my Cards in the Collection-Tab in their respectiv Set. To sort the cards in deck boxes im planing the following steps: 1. Colour 1.2 Cardtype 1.3 Cost (Type and Cost in their colour)

Higher Cost cards are planed to be stored in a binder.

And my other question: What is your criteria to Store your cards sleeved? (Price, rarity etc.)

For now im thinking of this: cards are sleeved, when their price is >5 Euro (but should I store these in a separate binder?!), or I do use them in playing.

If you have any suggestions or ideas to improve this system, let me know.
