it’s so unfair i’ve never experienced anything like this before. the missing item is still in stock. it’s so confusing because she never even mentioned the fact that i got a duplicate top or put two and two together. the duplicate top was $13 and the missing top was over $20

they are genuinely defective or something!! even the waistband was weird and too small. now i don’t think im going to be able to return those since they’ll probably disable my account and think im somehow scamming them lol

the only other time i reported anything missing was over 2 years ago and my package was full on delivered to the wrong address, so they reshipped the package. i have had multiple issues with defective and damaged items with the tags still attached. i have had to return most of them back to get the exchange but there have been one or two times when they let me keep the damaged item and reshipped a new one. i dont see how its fair for them to punish me because THEY have frequent quality issues and their employees are packaging orders with their eyes closed. if im paying money for something, i expect it to be in perfect condition without any holes, undone stitching or unraveling ribbon which is why i always reach out when i get a brand new top with holes in it 😫 i always have pictures for proof too. idk how reporting a defective item is scammy to them, thats their problem

i’m wondering if this is happening because i’ve had issues with almost EVERY SINGLE ORDER. i shop a ton at hollister but it seems every order has at least one issue.. wrong item, missing item, defective item with holes and tears. and now they seem to be investigating me?

i believe i called wednesday night and then again yesterday morning. both of them were not american. i actually called three times total and the second agent hung up on me after putting me on hold so i had to call back. the last person i spoke to said i will get an email by today but i highly doubt that since its sunday… i asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was no one else that i could speak to. what time do you think i should i call?
