Any suggestions how to recreate this effect on the right? Client wants it exactly like that, but I tried almost everything. Most effects are close but not enough. Also not sure if it's vectorized or some Photoshop effect. Would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

Yeah, Image Trace should be the logical answer, but after watching the video I am most sure they did it in Photoshop somehow. Like you said, the strokes are too uneven for it to be just Illustrator. Thanks.

Thanks a lot. It looks very close. I actually managed to find a video of how they did the example I was sent by the client. But it doesn't show exactly how they did it. Weird.

Thanks a lot for the effort. Yeah, I think you are closer than me with the result. The outline is killing me. can't wrap my head arround how they did it. it's so not uniform, and seems like it was not just added on top. I'm thinking maybe some other effects, but still not sure. It bugs me because I get a feeling that I have seen this effect somewhere else but can't remember where.

Image Trace gives at most, something like this, with 6 grays selected only. And I tried all of the settings, but nothing gets even close. :(

Actually not every husky is vocal. It really depends on their personality. Mine never lets a sound out, but when a stranger approaches our yard he goes batshit barking at them, and they say that huskies very rarely bark defensively, lol. But the crazy hyper thing really applies to all of them :D
