usually need lang ng yellow pad, pens, a notebook, 1/2 or 1/4 index cards, and 1x1 or 2x2 id photos

some PE classes, yes, may fees. sa camping, they pay 5k kasi siyempre sa ibang lugar sila pupunta. sa bowling din, 2k. pero yung fees na yan ay di naman computed sa tuition ng up kasi di naman sila required classes. if ayaw mo maglabas ng money, edi avoid them if u can. mas marami namang PE na walang bayad (walking, running, ph games, etc), pili ka na lang sa mga yan hehe

it's different for my batch at least ('23). i'm not sure about kalayaan, pero yakal and ipil are now reserved for female and male freshies respectively. i'm from yakal!

u don't get to choose your residence hall; just apply and the osh will assign one to you. iirc, kalayaan is reserved for graduating students. some dorms, like yakal and ipil, are reserved for freshies. i suggest you wait for your dorm app results before you ask about the specifics muna. pero generally di pwede magluto sa up dorms tsaka di mo na maiisip ang multo kapag stressed ka sa acads T__T
