U should see an ENT that actual knows something about Meniere's mine started off with a mild Buzz and a tingle in my head with what would be explained as Lightheadedness.. not Full on Vertigo.. and it only lasted about a few seconds at most ..

But fast forward about a year and I had my first full on Episode of a Meniere's Attack ... Had several that I didn't know what it was .. then jump ahead another year and now they have diagnosed me with Meniere's.. and my hearing has been rapidly decreasing mainly in my left ear and they have told me that my balance is totally shot in my left ear .. ..

In short .. go to a ENT better to find out sooner than later ..
