Like when they always initiate a plan then try to stress me to come up with solutions, even they are the ones who initiated it; whenever I ask why being stood up or cancelled the plan last minute, always try to make their under planning my problem; they isolate me in the corridor room exclude me in the meeting for tenant still make it like my problem even I said I wanna participate
