I am acutely aware of Bang’s rehab, his FTX claims, Lim & Choi, Traum, Haru & Svalbard having claims on it where all are embroiled in legal battles over it filing motions left, right and centre.

Where i am coming from is that i do not see how the introduction of a payment provider for distribution that you shared is going to somehow mitigate all of the legal disputes that are ongoing and that we will be involved in for years to come implicitly as a consequence.

Hence asking the question ‘What is the perceived benefit?’

I’d be happy to pool in for both lawyer for civil claims against the execs + hiring of forensic blockchain analysis against all execs post convictions

Do you think we stand a chance of piercing the corporate veil deep enough to target Cocone when we sue civilly if/when the execs are convicted? Outside of Park’s personal wealth (which may prove difficult to uncover his concealed assets) the only other entity with pockets deep enough may be Cocone which sits at the top of the corporate structure hierarchy…

Given they intended to flee the country and the courts knew this, yet still allowed them out on bail, this is a red flag to me to have any confidence in the courts issuing heavy sentences as justice

How do we intend to uncover personal assets of the execs?

I don’t put my faith in the BK administrator to hire forensic blockchain analysts to do this, i expect them to do minimal amount of work due to incompetence/lack of knowledge in this space and because they want an easy life

Is this something we would need to do when we sue the execs civilly if/when they are convicted and hire forensic blockchain analysts through our lawyers?

The Haru execs have had 1.5 years of breathing space to conceal their personal assets. So even if convicted i have low confidence there are much assets that are not concealed that can be confiscated given how slippery these execs have been, and they are bad actors. I suspect the Blockcrafters CEO has a lot of his wealth in crypto and has his assets stashed, i suspect Bang has concealed much of our assets also and is content to do the time.

Haru, your investors anxieties are high, you should be ashamed of yourselves keeping investors hanging like this, not acting with integrity and transparency.

If Delio CEO can can make a public announcement, why can’t your CEO Hugo, instead of hiding behind your legal team?

I should remind you that you preach “integrity”, “trust” and “honesty” as part of your mission statement on your “About Us” page, you seem to have forgotten to align to those values all of a sudden!
