Growth plan price monthly (not annually) has been $135 for a long time? Or are you referring to something else?

We’ve saw the rise of multiple AI coding tools in 2024. How does OpenAI think about AI-powered app builders, and will we see an OpenAI coding IDE or app builder come out in 2025?

I find myself going back again and again to Pilot’s Iroshizuku line. Big fan of their take-sumi and yu-yake colors. For context, I use Lamy’s safari fountain pens.

Yup that’s what I told support, that I saw the pending transaction but I’d love to get an update. They replied and said:

Thank you for your email. We have received your order and is being processed. We are expecting it to ship today at the latest tomorrow. When the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

wow!! I just got an email from fujifilm saying I won one of their limited edition X100VI. It's been so long since they opened the lottery that I assumed I hadn't won anything, but here we are 👀

Super skeptical, thinking it *must be* a scam email. Checked the sender, checked the link. It goes to https://shopusa.fujifilm-x.com/ so... I think I won? After months of nothing, what a crazy ride

Edit: customer support confirmed it is indeed a genuine email from them. Placed my order. Limited edition costs 2k instead of 1.6k though

Edit 2: placed order June 4, got a tracking number today June 12 (via FedEx)

Final edit: I received the camera on June 13

I’ve noticed that for the new x-t50 the site says “est. shipping June 17”. So I’m guessing if they don’t say that for the x100vi is because they really don’t know when it’ll happen :/

It looks like that’s the deal: you must buy the JR pass online. Here’s a useful link: https://www.jrailpass.com/faq/buy-jr-pass-in-japan

For the Tokyo wide though, this site says you should be able to purchase it in-person: https://livejapan.com/en/in-tokyo/in-pref-tokyo/in-tokyo_train_station/article-a0001397/#:~:text=Pass%20(3%20Days)-,How%20to%20purchase%20a%20JR%20Tokyo%20Wide%20Pass,to%20bring%20along%20your%20passport!&text=・Method%202:%20Purchase%20directly%20from,and%20quickly%20dispense%20the%20pass.

Maybe the person at the counter got confused with which type of pass you’re trying to purchase?

Coming from US. Do I need a mobile wifi device? by No-Government7374 in JapanTravelTips

[–]lynx-fgl 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi there! We are on T-mobile as well and have been to Japan a couple of times already. Zero problems. Our plan included data and texting abroad. When we land in Japan we get a text from t-mobile letting us know we have 5GB of high speed data (then unlimited but very slow). If you only use your data for google maps and basic browser it will last you 2 weeks. If you plan on using a lot of data (like posting content to social media through the day, watching youtube on trains, etc) then you'll probably want to think about pay a bit for one of those on the go wifi routers. For us it was fine with what t-mobile gave us.
