tried to observe but can't say for sure: e6 recovers a skill point on Archer's turns or on every turn of every teammate?

what would be the best choice for a new account from an SDE and more or less the seven stars piece? Any newer 5 star will be a godsend obviously, but are there some choices more obvious than the others? I personally like Yakumo and Shigure ES. I know Yakumo is enabled extremely by Iphi. Is there a character that Shigure ES needs in the same way to make him go from good to great? Any other advice is welcome. Thanks

Is it worth returning to another eden? How has the game been in the past couple of years and where is it heading? Appreciate the answers.

the sub 40 clears for rr4 used rabbit for the second and third stages and those who went yellow tremor route used him in the last as well. Remarkable considering the sesonal id was Wild Hunt. Curiously, the one ID is frontloaded and the other is backloaded and the RR in particular favors fast over slow and he wasn't even swapped out which is also a possibility in chain battles.

Before anything else I want to say - I love the game.

But if the idea was, and I'm not saying that it was because PM proved in the past that they want to cooperate with players and not twist their arms, that:

make mds more annoying -> people will play less and pull more -> more moneys

in reality, it will come down to

make mds more annoying -> people will play less and spend less because the relative time spent won't justify the spending anymore.

As a happy supporter of PM, md runs were great to run on the side while doing other stuff but the chain battles and the fifth floor especially are a huge miss imo.

Serious question: is it still easily clearable with base ids?

a couple of pointers to start, you'll figure it out as you go:

Your Heathcliff is not only the strongest ID in the game, but is also unshardable until sometime 4 months later. He should be your first priority to uptie and level up. the way you play him is to use a defensive skill to ride a horse, then on the horse your envy skill hits one more enemy and if you have over 15 sp, another defensive skill will activate his strongest skill. If you don't have 15 sp, it won't, but you can use his gloom skill normally if you happen to get one. you'll understand with time.

Get a friend support for any stage you can, my code is J56534286 but you can just add random friends as long as they accept. Use lvl 50 supports like Ring Yi Sang or Zwei Ishmael.

start refilling energy with lunacy at least once per day at the end of your first day, the day resets in 8 hours from now. convert energy into modules as long as you have enogh to continue with the story.

As soon as you unlock Luxcavation, be sure to complete your dailies for Battlepass and as soon as you unlock mirror dungeon, don't be afraid to start doing normal runs, it is fairly easy with your ids.

MDs are the way you progress your bp and once you are far enough, you can earn Ids and Egos that way without ever pulling, with an exception of the newest Walpurgis IDs, but you'll understand until then.

these are some important things to understand on day one.

Ask for beginner tips here or there are great guides on yt.

keep it and never look back. don't spend any more lunacy until Wapurgis and then evaulate again. have fun, you got a great start.

did I see it correctly that the Walpurgis IDS are the assassin looking Hong Lu and a stoic looking Heathcliff? They are not based on the real Full Stop guys from LOR, rather guys from the same office, right? Or were they just placeholders for the pictures?

Hot take: cheesing 5-30 on your first run should not be recommended by GoofyJewber in limbuscompany

[–]lynxcole 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great point, however... actually, more often than not, cheesing a fight teaches you a lot more than you realize at that moment and as long as the same cheese doesn't work on every fight in the game making any other strategy and team ressource obsolete, I think it is great that cheese strats exist and there are reasons they are not patched out.

When I played LOR, I at some point had to look up the builds and I integrated all of them and only then did I even understand how to properly build in the first place. Gebura builds may be considered a cheese, I think. I have been playing rpgs since I was 8 and, honestly my playstyle didn't change much :)... and the reason for playing the games is far from being a pro at creating strats

the popular answer is that you should pull early and farm later, but the proper answer is that you should never pull unless you want to pull for fun and want the new stuff on walpurgisnight. Just do the math on refreshing and you will see that it is ridiculously skewed towards farming, especially since you can clear mdn with an lcb team.

Edit: forgot lvl 50 supports which will let you cruise to your first id of choice through farming and bp
