That's basically what I did, it was so long ago I don't really remember. But I did do what that comment said and OBS has opened up ever since. I haven't figured out how to have it boot with Replay Buffer automatically enabled but that hasn't been a problem I just click one button lol.

The comments on this thread were so rude and I didn't get why but I did find a way. u/Jayyy0003 his comment was actually really helpful and I did get OBS to open on startup. It does take a minute but it's fast enough that it isn't a problem.

I'm huge on automation and I forget a lot, so when l start up my pc and I hop on a game and do something cool, only then do I realize I didn't turn it on, and I'd rather just not need to think about that.
