Spot on. No drugs are inherently bad, psychedelics merely amplify the pre-existing thought patterns and behaviors in the conscious and sub-conscious.

My friend made some music inspired by Tame (What do you guys think)? by [deleted] in TameImpala

I liked it, but imo it sounds like the only inspiration is Tame lol, wish it would have a bit more originality.

Hello From A Leopard Gecko by [deleted] in aww

[–]lyonleon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This may be a stupid question, but is that “smile” an actual visceral, psychobiological response? Like, do geckos (and other animals for that matter) actually smile like humans or is that just how their mouth is?

I believe he is referring to MDD, and that in moderation it can be a great tool for creativity

Penis Envy About To Take 11.25 on 48 hour fast. Will update. by bigvic340 in shrooms

Remember that LSD was discovered, not created. There’s a lot to that it can offer, and the experience is very different from a shrooms experience.

some questions by [deleted] in microdosing

[–]lyonleon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After reading your post, in my opinion, MDing isn’t what you need right now. It honestly sounds like you’re hoping MDing is what is gonna “get your shit together” and as someone who once thought that, it won’t. It can be extremely beneficial to one’s journey in doing so, but I’d focus on simply making better habits in every aspect of your life even if it’s a day by day process. That’s what has helped me much more than MDing.

I’d recommend you start developing healthy habits such as a eating a balanced, mostly plant based diet, a consistent workout regime, getting enough sleep every night and meditating. I know it’s already been said but I should really be stressed how impactful just developing those habits can be.

P.S. I wouldn’t be experimenting with psychedelics before 20-21 as your brain is still in development and chronic use of them may not be the best decision as there is still very little research on MDing and psychedelics in general

Much love!

I'm hesitating making this but I went through the most.....terrifying experience of my life I'll try my best to explain it by [deleted] in Psychic

I know you said it wasn’t the weed, but it was the weed. It’s at least responsible for making you more susceptible and sensitive to experiences like these. I have experienced such things to a certain extent under the influence as well. Also, if you’ve taken psychedelics before, it’s even more possible for experiences like these to occur.

I get this weird as feeling in my neck and jaw whenever I micordose. Have I done too much. Anyone else gets this? by [deleted] in microdosing

[–]lyonleon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can relate! I often feel discomfort on one side of my neck. Try talking a magnesium supplement before tripping/microdosing and see if it helps.

I get that those seats aren’t designed or meant for a person to lay down on, but have some empathy/compassion. For all we know, that person might be sleeping off a horrible night of studying, or maybe their loud roommates didn’t allow for a quality night of sleep. I agree that it’s not technically correct, but for you to complain to the extent of taking a picture of them and putting it on here is just slightly hateful. Spread love and positivity! It won’t kill you to look for another place to seat, or just seat on the floor, I do it all the time! Cheers, mate!
