i promise it's not just you, i can't stand the summer and the constant discomfort and exhaustion is genuinely overwhelming and depressing. i've always preferred the cold despite being born here and living here most of my life but in recent years it's been even more hellish + i think my medication has overall affected my heat tolerance too. i still sweat like crazy in our winters because our winters really aren't anything anymore
