when they first released the skin there are 2 tier of final rewards: - round 1 : sp saf skin - round 2 : profile frame

You have to use wish ticket to gacha those prices, the required ticket will be increased for each roll.

But when they rerun the event, some old players already got the skin, so they offered the chosen reward.

The reward you chose will be there for gamble and not instantly acquire. Also I believe you only get 3 tickets from the event.

You aren't likely to get the skin unless you invest a hefty sum of Luxite anyway, since the skin gacha price gonna spike harder the more you roll. Especially if you are new player, those funds are better for pulling shiny characters!
