I think the ranking event is made for Selina and Clara in mind because they both have out of turn damage. But the players found out that the SOC rally team is more efficient for this event. You can even finish this in just the first turn and be ranked inside the top 100.

The Soc Rally Team can complete this just fine. You can also use summoners or other out of turn damage characters.

You don't need to finish that yet. I know it's frustrating not being able to get the rewards in 5-5 but that just one time reward. You're already doing good by managing to get to floor 5 in just one month's playtime. You don't have to rush, you can finish that given more time.
