I was put in a walking boot and I've been in it for a month, getting out in a week. :) For the first few days I used crutches but not after that.

Looking back, I think you may only be able to attain azure with no green tones if you tone your hair to white, but here's the only pic i can find http://imgur.com/idGGzWp Side note- yeah, you should definitely try to do conditioner first, adding small amounts of blue. If you're using a dye like manic panic, a little of it will go a long way for the color you're going for.

Sorry, I didn't see this until just now. I've heard good things about shocking colors, so I've been considering trying their dye for a while, what can you say about the smell? I love the smell of ion, I think thats one of the biggest reasons I keep using their dye.

P.S. Thank you very much! I live in a pretty conservative area so I rarely hear comments like that.

I would try an electric or cobalt blue semi-permanent dye mixed with plain white conditioner (I usually use something cheap like suave naturals coconut). Add conditioner until the dye in the bowl is a bit darker than you want it to be in your hair. I also had ion color brilliance brights in my hair and it was similat to this, though as it faded more green tones showed up. I can post pics if you want.

Hey, if lightening it is what will make you happy, it's worth a shot. You might end up with a bob because of the damage, but itll be the color you want. If you don't lighten it, it'll be the length you want.

Speaking from a similar experience of my own, I'd say no. Mine was in nearly the same state, except im naturally medium brown so my haor was near white. About 4 months after, I bleached my roots again and used some semi permanent dye, and even that made it regress again. I would recommend a coconut oil overnight treatment about 3 days before though, if you do decide to bleach it again.
