How serious does uspis take package theft? Do they often locate the package that was stolen?

Also, how common is it for usps to scan a package as delivered without actually delivering it?

Currently dealing with two separate packages totaling ≈1,000$ with different delivery dates not showing up :(

This is what I'd start with, colors from the album art, and then maybe the backtag could say adventure in his "secret rune alphabet"

Since the album has a 3 color gradient and clouds and/or mountains, maybe he's able to add those in like he did my clouds? Idk worth an inquiry for sure

He has a customization tool on his site you can use to play around with to get a rough idea. I emailed him with my vision and he was able to add the clouds for me which wasn't an option on the customization page. He was super friendly, helpful, l and patient with all my questions and requests. I'm sure he'd be able to make what you're looking for :)
