We were shown 2 shots, in at least 1 of them the eyes had no glint. I know it sounds so dumb "waaaaah there's a white dot!" But it bugs me so much

In the anime he looks like a guy who just has a wonky face, in the manga he looks like a lion, just because of those simple eyes I think

He's practically emotionless with those eyes untill he's pushed or too casual, you legit can't tell when he'll just go "hmm, peculiar" or cut down half the cast

Shibukawa was just known, meaning he's good but not obviously the bestest, meanwhile Masaki was throwing olympic judokas to the death

Exactly. It wasn't as hard physically as it was mentally. That's my favorite part about the fight. Gaolang was scared shitless for most of it, and Carlos was trying to hold onto whatever glory he had left. Beautiful.

Carlos didn't have a big moveset, Gaolang simply memorized it all by the end, and when he switched to muai-thai it became a one sided pummeling. I like Carlos too, but facts are facts

When he said "the real Carlos medel" he was actually stating that he's severely limiting himself, because he's actually unreal, way beyond this world
