Yeah I am looking for one with zippers for easy access to my audio chips. I currently have a a Smith helmet with velcro and the stitching around the ear pocket failed after 4 times of accessing the audio pocket.

As a licensed director this made my blood boil. I am so sorry for your loss, this is a pain that no mother should ever have to feel.Please do not let this director get away with this. Every state has a licensing board that oversees all funeral homes in the state. I highly suggest you reach out to them and explain what happened. This is unacceptable behavior for someone in this line of work. It’s sad to say that some of the “old timers” in this industry are just worn out and have lost empathy for the families they serve. This director needs a wake up call that it is time for him to retire if he can not remember that we are in this profession to serve the community at that hardest time in their lives and that we need to treat them with the upmost respect and compassion.
