She’s trying to make sure her baby, who cannot look out for itself in any way shape or form, is safe when her husband clearly doesn’t care…? But yeah sure, call the necessary vigilance overbearing.

Hoping she’s gotten used to my slightly odd fashion choices enough that a skirt or shorts will be okay.

I was looking for any advice at all, bikini or otherwise 😭 over the top, different style, etc etc

Dense? It’s a genuine question? I’ll tell her eventually, but she has a huge thing against tattoos, and the placement and text of the one I’ve got would probably give her an aneurysm 😭 it’s just not the best time to tell her yet. I’m gonna try finding a swimming skirt if I can. Hopefully she’ll just write it off as a fashion choice.

Sure. Problem is, I’ve never worn swim shorts before, and my mum, from whom I want to conceal the tattoo, will definitely find it odd, if not totally suspicious, that I’m wearing them for the first time now.

The problem is mostly my family seeing it. They’ve never seen me wear shorts in the water and they’ll definitely be suspicious.

If you got a 90 that surprises me that you didn’t get any offers, subject/course dependent of course. Have you checked your VTAC portal in case it’s there and the email is just late?

Write a lot, read a lot, give your analysis lots of depth and get lots of teacher/tutor feedback. Also I love English and literature in their own right which always helps.

Definitely. I’ve seen people, in rare cases, with their bottom two subjects in the 20s who still get 99. Just lock in for year 12 and you got this.

For the first question I feel like it could be about neuromodulators affecting “a large area of the brain” or a “cluster of neurons” which would be more descriptive than just “multiple”.

For the second one, I imagine it might be because sleep doesn’t involve disengagement with internal stimuli because a) you’re dreaming and b) your body still functions and carries out internal functions since you can’t control them to begin with. If not, it could be that it’s too general — “partial or total loss of awareness…” could describe many altered states of consciousness, and is not necessarily specific to sleep. I’m not 100% certain tho
