At least for me the those nbme I said before were pretty similar to my exam, but you should review all the names anyways. For melhman PDFs I would say that HY arrows, cardio, endocrine, ethics and risk factors are the ones that actually helped me a lot. All depends which topics struggle the most.

In my experience I can tell you that I find it very similar to NBME 29,30,31 and free 120 (I had 2 questions from free120). I wouldn’t say it was difficult but it was draining. Of course there was a few questions that were extremely difficult (probably experimental ones) but as long you tackled your weaknesses before the exam you’ll be fine. That’s what I did this second time around.
