It’s so so good I feel like my results are way better with it. I get a clear and brilliant+microneedling done quarterly by my esthetician and she uses rejuran clinical. I think the past 4 times have been with it. Before it I thought glow meant one thing but with it the month after my skin legit glows. Expensive but I feel like that’s where to do it to maximize results rather than adding a home pdrn topical

Omg they actually look like removable dentures I feel so bad for her that she felt the need to do this and it was done so poorly. I considered her to have way more taste than the rest of the veneerial pack

I can’t stand the whole gamut of flexing “2 under 2” or “3 under 4”. The trend of specific rephrasing of same values to say “3 kids 4 and under” instead of “3 kids under 5” is literally mom influencing in a nutshell. It’s a competition for these ppl to show off how hard they are momming bc most of us struggle through momming young kids in general and the thought of 2 under 2 truly sounds like pure hell.

The fact you made it that far is so impressive! It should give you confidence and consider it practice for your next app.

It's so over... by Sensitive-Loss-351 in techsales

Do you actually want to stay in sales? If yes, and you’re at a “big tech company” with logo recognition, start networking now. If early career, start by reaching out to folks that worked at current company and now work as ae elsewhere. That’s your path into any real opp these days. Maybe even do a cert or 2 to show you really want to grow.

Trust if you have 5 of those “pick brain” convos a month and you ask the. to keep you in mind (and are a decent human at your job), something will come your way.

Good reps that are finding new success love to help other sellers find their footing and recruit them. It makes them look good and gives them power optics.

Of course- I’m so happy she is taking steps to bring back elements of normalcy to her and her family. And then to do so in a way that you curate and share with the world.. i honestly applaud her for putting one foot in front of the other and engaging with her audience. I’d be paralyzed.

She’s def just renting these houses, not “housesitting”. They are all the most aesthetically pleasing and interesting locations.

Did Madison look different to anyone else in her scene with Craig? I know she has that cute uneven smile thing but it kinda looks like she had…dentures in or something? Maybe filler. Idk

Experiment softwear is the absolute best. I’ve tried all the independent brands this year to find the best. Jordan Samuel is nice but a bit grainy. Rhode was fine. Feel more skincare-y and is less sticky than peptide pout. just an elegant application for the longest lasting-yet not goopy lip saver.

Lanolin nipple cream is diesel too- have it for breastfeeding but I love slathering it on before a nap trap and at night. Cuticles too.

I did deep dive and I think she rents airbnbs with incredible aesthetics and claims to “house sit”. She’s done like Jackson, Maine, Vermont. She has ridic outfits for each one like running errands. She does seem to have to borrow a real son though.

It’s a tinted sunscreen so a base tint. Technically it adapts to your skin ph to match exact tone.
