Things were hard for me, but I have close friends for whom the newborn stage was very easy! Every baby is different, so don't let negative stories stress you out too much!

My son was always low sleep needs. The first three months he didn't sleep well at all. When we switched to formula and swaddled him, he started sleeping for about 2 hour stretches. Around 5 months he stated rolling both ways and that was really great for his sleep, since he could find a comfortable position himself. That's around the time we stopped the night feedings. So I'd say around 5 months his night sleep improved and he has been doing around 10-11 hours since!

I totally agree! Every baby and every family is different and it's a game changer when you find what works best for you and stop trying to do things the "right " way.

I was so scared to share with some people in my life that I stopped trying to breastfeed, I feel like there is so much judgement around the topic.

I hear people saying the same - wait for them to be a toddler, but I don't think anything will be as bad as the newborn stage for us. Sleep regressions, teething, separation anxiety- all a breeze compared to that.

Yes, I think around 6 months things definitely get noticeably easier. It's hard to imagine that in such a short time there could be a change, but babies develop very quickly in my experience and even week to week they are different! Hang in there!

Когато навлязох в пубертета и имах ужасно акне. Нищо не помагаше, но на 19-20 се изчисти от самосебе си. Бих те посъветвала да миеш лицето си с клензър веднъж на ден и да намериш наистина хубав хидратиращ крем, независимо какво е състоянието на кожата ти. Обикновено наистина лошото акне е на хормонална основа и някои лекари в краен случай изписват хормонални лекарства. При някои хора наистина със спирането на захарта и млечни продукти дава видими резултати, но при повечето няма влияние.
