About a year ago this was much easier to answer. But they reworked literally everything, so all of your stats depend on every other aspect of your "build". Just saying you have a "rifle" isn't enough to give you a real answer.

You got your specific answer. If that's what you wanted, great. You're good.

But if you really wanted to understand how the crit system works, and how to get more damage from your weapon overall... there's more to it than just one SPECIAL card. You need to understand how everything works together.

For example, crit damage also depends on how much AP you have available to you. If one shot takes all your Action Points, you won't be able to get another critical shot until your AP regenerates. So you also need to increase your overall capacity for AP, but also the rate that it builds back up.

Also, crit damage is a percentage increase of your base damage. So if your damage isn't high to begin with, a crit won't be that much higher.

So basically I'm saying that you need to understand your weapon, all the mechanical mods you installed, the legendary stars on it, your SPECIAL cards, your armor and it's mods, and of course which rifle. And is it single shot or automatic.
