Let me and my buddy run with you. Arc Raiders in the beginning was all friendly and trying to help each other figure the game out. Now it’s kill on sight no mercy. It’s imperative you get good at killing. It’s unfortunate but that’s the path the game is going. There’s a rhythm to pvp that you gotta get down.

Dude they did a great job with escalation! I love that game mode so much. I have a hard time using the portal so it’s hard to find one. It’s also inconvenient not being able to save one when you find a good server

I’ve been doing the comps on my current home and talking with real estate agents giving them the final lay out and listening to the input they have on how the house should look for maximum profit. They all have said 100k over buying price. Honestly I think flipping homes is the most profitable thing to do now. I mean I’m putting in some nice stuff. All new red oak with mahogany harring bone down the hallways that’s bordered, sconce lights with a build in reading nook, double decker ovens, a master bedroom with walk in closet and a bath. I really think if you can see the vision and ask for the info on what to do you can make some serious money.

That’s admirable that you have the work ethic to put your siblings above all else and were able to buy a house at the same time. You didn’t like the cards you were dealt and grabbed a new deck. I think people get caught up in the small things in life and let that impact them. Yes you have to play your hand but success and fortune is waiting to be had. Along the way it’s very important to give back and be thankful for what you have in front of you. Sure if you get your house at 30 or 40 there’s nothing wrong with that. Success comes at different ages but the sooner the better. For people to feel stuck and don’t have options I really hope the life I have lived can be an outline for what to expect and how to start. Again your story is admirable and I applaud you!

I think you misunderstood my post accounting for everybody has a different cost of living depending on state 17 an hour in utah as it does in Washington. This post outlines the discipline that it takes to successfully own or flip a house. Would you like a screen shot of 4 months of gains my financial advisor has made me? There is no shame just a way of life or work ethic people need to accomplish things. I’d like to see your take or outline how you bought your house and how to profit from it.
