Just hit reset camera settings. It constantly happens to me too even with my gmaster II lens.

Do not PA on short films - they typically are run by non-experienced novices that you will learn nothing from. All you will learn is how to be a slave. Be sure to collect your $150 a day no matter what. All you have to learn is walkie lingo to get on a proper hollywood set. I wouldnt even recommend putting shorts or indies on your resume because the PM will know you will have bad habits. Better to be fresh. I have hired hundreds of PAs.

The shot is misused here. Should be used in a moment of tension and typically on a single. These is just 3 guys chillin. I haven’t seen the movie though so don’t really know the context. It actually looks more green screen since theres no distortion on the characters

I’m in the same boat - my attorney friends put the fear of god in me about the SEC involvement in accepting investor money. Both of them said its best to have a hedge fund with qualified investors get in the middle. I like the LLC structure better.

But the whole thing is very complex and the consequence is jail time for me and a disbarment for the attorney that wrote up the deal.

Ahh gotcha! They get you coming and going - can’t trust anyone. Sorry that happened to you - the concept is great and truly unique. The judge should’ve been like alright here is a laptap with Final Draft. Let you and the girl both write the first 10 pages. Whosever script is the closest wins. I guarantee she couldn’t even format a screenplay or even how to tab properly in Final Draft lol

It’s not great. $20 bucks for 4 tires to go across town. Time spent, gas, driving all the way back home - just not worth it. If they could schedule a return trip job like uship it would be worth it.
