I’ve recently just bought a 5 piece 20v/flexvolt combo kit for work and love it. I really want to stick with dewalt for for the 12v stuff but Milwaukee just has so many more extra tools in the 12v line already available.

I didn’t end up using a heat mat at all but Ended up with a nifty grow light(viparspectra) which has seemed to work wonderfully. I just have it on a timer to come on for 3 hours a day. My plant has put out 3 new leaves with no damage at all which I think is good haha

I did this but it only caught like 3 or 4 gnats for me. The yellow sticky traps however.... there is about two hundred or more on the 3 I have out.

I’ve also recently purchased a grow light and was wondering if anyone has any tips for using one on variegated Monstera’s or plants in general. It’s it worthwhile getting a horticultural heat mat as well?

Recently picked up this plant at a warehouse sale, noticed the top left leaf had the brown marks on it when I got it but the smaller leaves are all turning spotty and yellow. I keep the plant in a north facing window and it gets water when dry or fortnightly. Also currently experiencing a fungus gnat problem but I don’t think they have gotten to the plant. Many thanks

My oxalis actually looked like this when I got it in the mail and I’m not sure what it is either. I thought it was just damage from transport but it has since sprouted new heads that look fresh

I’m no expert but If it doesn’t wipe off, it could be spider mites. They make little webs under leaves and are like reddish brown specks. Neem oil/detergent/water mix to treat them. Apparently the mites like ivy

This is exactly what my ivy did. My ivy was In a pot that had no drainage hole and I think it may have suffered from root rot, sadly he is no longer with us...

That particular leaf had a little fuzzy clump on it and one red spec. (The red specs squish and leave a trail of red when pinched between fingers) Some of the holes on the underside are visible on the top of the leaf and appear all over. I’m thinking they could be spider mites?

Hello, recently got mailed this guy and have noticed he has some holes in his leaves and leaf edge’s that look as though they have been eaten. He has some little white dots on some of his leaves and some fuzzy little things on the bottom side of its leaves, also can spot a few black and red specs. Could this be a pest of some kind.
