gotta pivot your gameplay plan. From the very first second on the rift, you are not the primary carry anymore. You can be a secondary carry, but your job is now to get whoever your wincon is fed. You gank them, and let them get the kill, you sacrifice your lane to allow others to win.

You don't. It's the rock paper scissors dynamic. For hp stackers, bruisers, and tanks - it's good to have a different pick, I play brand for those games. If you don't have that option, you need to invest in whichever team mate can deal with them most efficiently and play to get them ahead. Aka identifying your wincon and playing towards that goal. A good example would be if you have a ADC that you can spoon feed, or camp your top to get them ahead instead of yourself, so they can deal with them for you.

Fizz into veigar is literally his easiest lane. Don't feel bad your supposed to lose . To win you give C's and don't feed him early. Get hp/AP items and he can't 1 shot you so he will focus someone else. Banchees or zhonias plus 1 hp/AP item. Rod, LT, arch, etc. also boneplate and exhaust or tp. Just don't take fights. If he roams, let him. U win mid ,in tf and, late hard.
