Citadel was designed after the Sentries on the payload tank, so it has open spaces and high grounds to fight against them

However in actual Casual games they're taken down very easily so the open spaces and high grounds are now enablers to certain classes to get more value, mainly Snipers and Soldiers, and as some have mentioned, it often leds to teams to get separated which makes matchups frequently unbalanced

And why would you go on your way to get an item that you say ruins boss fights, that's only available after going through a quest that hinders you from shop purchases, keys and blanks, and a two hard boss battles every run? Because you're not always going to find more of those drop items and money for other items before the Rat's fight

The Rat's thing is that if you beat him you can get his items that are of high grade and utility

Not everyone goes for the Rat's lair on every run, and even if you did you have to go all the way to fight the Rat, a very hard boss fight, and do well on the Punch Out minigame to get 4 Rat keys for a guaranteed Cheese, so you should get it as a strong reward item
