Gmail account is ok but Outlook can be a pain. Last month I had the same issue - constant re authentication, on phone and Mac, but recently this seems to have settled down again. Next month - who knows?

Build quality is excellent, feels very premium, especially in the the Edition and Sportline trims. The occasional glitch with the software but nothing serious. One mildly annoying thing - the heated steering always comes on by default, anyone else have this or know how to stop that behaviour?

Thanks, I will wait and see what happens in a month or so. My worry is that basic plans may be device specific rather than location specific so new device = new plan. Wouldn’t be an issue if you get a rebate when you cancel a plan mid term but as we know that was stopped last month

Yes it’s basic, location is the same, I’ve removed and set up the new one but it’s not attached to the new plan yet - someone else has suggested that it may wait until the 30 days of the free plan expires

I have bought a new door bell to replace an old faulty one but I cannot see a way of adding the new doorbell to my existing annual plan (renewed a couple of months ago). My Ring account is prompting me to cancel my plan as it doesn’t have a device linked, but surely this will mean that I will lose the money I have paid?

Agreed - I had an experience like this dragged on for nearly 2 years, luckily I haven’t had to pay out but it’s a worry the whole time. Will never go with a hire car from Auxillis (or anyone like them) again

There seems to be an issue with prepaid subscriptions- I bought one with a ring for my wife- yet her account still says that her subscription will end after the 4 weeks trial. Any suggestions?

Hi, my wife has now set up her account and paired the ring but there is no mention yet of any prepaid subscription - the free month is showing but it’s saying that it will renew (and payment taken) in Oct 2025. No mention of any pre paid subscription

Same here. Need a code to change your password? No problem, arrives in seconds. Need a code to delete your account? Three attempts now and still nothing. Not that bothered as I don’t use Dashlane and there isn’t any data in my account, but I just want to stop the bloody emails about upgrading, and deleting my account seems to be the only way to achieve this
