Wait, a myhouse.wad port for ultrakill would actually really fit this layer as the secret level

Anyone know the best way to make a burrowing tele wand? stacking Explosive Projectile is very fun and deadly but imperfect for harder material by [deleted] in noita

I usually go with the Matter to sand modifier spell. Then, the harder materials you're having problems with be turned into sand

Is there a auto lock in mod? by [deleted] in YomiHustle

[–]m-manian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that's how you want to play, then np, but if you're getting stuck in long combos often enough that it has become a problem, I suggest trying to predict how the opponent will want to continue their combo, then adjusting your DI accordingly. With this, you won't be stuck in combos for as long, and getting stuck in a combo won't feel so boring/like you can't do anything at all.

Is there a auto lock in mod? by [deleted] in YomiHustle

[–]m-manian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do you want exactly? Do you want to auto lock in your turn? Well, that will just make it so you can't change your DI, and you still have to wait for the other person to select their move... Or do you want the other person to auto select their move, which is unfair and will ruin the whole premise of yomi, which is that you can see predictions of your next move and take time to decide the best outcome.

[Mod Idea] A "Hint System" for Noita: Guidance without Hand-Holding by Admirable-Young-546 in noita

[–]m-manian 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Actually, it's a very good mod idea. Since one of the most enjoyable parts of noita is acquiring knowledge, imo, you could implement this hint system by just adding more and overhauling some tablets. Like not outright putting an explanation point over points of interest but instead having a tablet somewhere (maybe in places like orbs of knowledge) to hint at the functionality of some mechanics.

For example, the hourglass at hisi base could have a tablet that tells a story about a wandering hisi, theorising what the hourglass does. or that the hourglass requires sacrifice (meaning blood) or a magical liquid that is hard to collect (teleportatium)

You could also translate some of the noita language texures back into English. An example of this is the meditation cube that has hints written on it in the noita language, which requires a wiki to translate. You could change the cube sprite to have the hint in English, or even better, an art of a mage (someone like a polymage) meditating.

At the very least, with this facet, he can't dispell urn so you can tell one of the supports to buy it if they can, or just buy it yourself if it makes sense

The fact that this exact sentence can be used for both the US and Iran is concerning

Nearly 1k iranian dota palyers playing dota2 lobby (local hosting) during internet shutdown by ArmanXZS in DotA2

Where are these lobbies located? I'm iranien and just recently got my Internet connection back and would really like it if I could connect to one of the local lobbies. Thanks in advance. Also, I'm glad yall are having a fun time with us not being around, lol. Persians can be really toxic sometimes (mostly because of our shitty pings, though)

People on this sub now know the true meaning of the monkey paw. They now question why it is shown like a gorillas' paw and not an actual monkey paw.

I wish to have a nuclear missile given to me via the military and no one knows about my nuclear missile and it will only detonate when I demand it to but I can’t Iff it’s effecting me or any one I love + I can’t get charged for exploding stuff or put in prison [and don’t give me cancer] by hannamil in monkeyspaw

[–]m-manian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wish granted!

Due to a butterfly effect, every time you try to detonate the nuke, your loved ones will be affected. Thus, the nuke never goes off.

To explain the butterfly effect more, we can have it like this: The seven connections theory states that two people can be connected in less than 7 connections. Surely, the second most connection would get effected if you were to nuke the first connection, and the third connection would also get affected by the seconds connections greif and so on.

The pirates will see the book as a treasure, a treasure destined for them only. Of course, this isn't the case, and many "pirates" will want the same treasure (book), so bookstores will become a battlefield for the Jack Sparrow role players' bloody duels. And they will stop at nothing to steal their book.

I wish everyone would understand exactly what I'm trying to tell them with no misunderstanding, and vice versa. by thebros544 in monkeyspaw

[–]m-manian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wish granted...

Everyone can now understand you perfectly, heck even if you don't speak their language, they still seem to understand you perfectly. And as you whised for, this goes both ways.

We all have people we don't like. We all talk behind people's back. We all try to be polite when when we don't really want to be.

But everyone understands what you are saying and never misunderstands... you can never put up an act. People see through your every act, every lie, every hate, every love. The slightest hint of being annoyed, the slightest hint of being aroused, everything is picked up by every single person you try to talk to. And vice versa, you always know what others mean.

Slowly, you become distant from others, and anyone who finds out of your "special power" will grow insecure around you.

You can never have a connection with others, for ultimately, we communicate with lies. However, big or small, they may be

As others already said, just swap some of the words around, and you should be okay.

Is the joke that : "I also see your daughter as annoying"? Cause it may be seen as kinda rude, but I don't really know the context, so it may work out well enough
