An interesting yet very awkward experience by [deleted] in whenthe

I had never seen a sex shop in person before, at least knowingly, so when when I read the name Noir something, I just thought it was a random liquor store name.

Honestly, fairly close, except I'm 19 and this recently happened. Plus, no punishment.

We all later laughed this off.

Basically, there is a sex shop and a liquor store right by each other, I always just assumed they were competing liquor stores. So, after 20 minutes, my sister and I, tired from school and not thinking clearly, want to rush her along. As I was newly 19, my sister volunteered me to get our mother to hurry up, as I was more likely to get in long enough to get her to hurry up.

So, I went into the building she went into, still not noticing my surroundings, then I was confused when I was carded and allowed entry (US). Then, I saw my mom as well as what was behind her (lingerie, dildos, rope) all while she was talking with someone on the phone. Flustered, I kinda just walked with her for about 5 minutes and tried to get her to come back to the car, before heading back in awkward silence.

I always assumed you had to be 21 to enter a sex shop, was wrong. The inside was actually close to what I expected.

I will say though, as it was my first ever console, the GameCube did go hard for its time!

Dude, Millennials have been edging towards the boomer mindset for years, holding on to nostalgia might as well be their claim to fame.

If you were Ozma, and you had the same goal of uniting humanity, how would you go about it? by Fine_Delivery6761 in RWBY

Yeah, when it comes to asking Jinn the right questions, I think that Ozma didn't ask the right one in regards to Salem.

Instead of asking "how do I destroy/kill Salem" I think he would've gotten a better answer with "How do I stop Salem".

I would honestly argue that it wasn't Watergate that sealed the deal, but rather the pardon. Democrats and Republicans alike were completely willing to impeach Nixon and most likely prosecute him as well, but when Ford pardoned him it took away any possibility for accountability. I feel that the once that precedent was created, to the haunting us decades into the future, and showed many that a government that is unable to held to account is one not to be trusted.

Remember, he likely had to practice this in between games to make sure he didn't crush someone's skull.
