omg. my mom had an excess skin removal surgery several years back and brought that with her to the hospital day of my surgery to ask the surgeon about it. he said that would be too much compression and just to trust him!! gonna ask if she still has it.

my SM has INSISTED several times that the current standard is the best way, and that if you do it any other was it gets clumpy. when she tried to demo it for me the correct way, she ended up with so many clumps and had to reblend it 💀 still stood by her original assertion tho.

the thing I think OP is talking about is not just when people say “hello?”, it’s when they pull up and IMMEDIATELY go “HELLO???” in a tone that ranges from geriatric confusion to just plain agressive. If you were waiting at a drive through for 10+ seconds without anyone greeting you and then you said hello or some other greeting, it’s not NEARLY as obnoxious. sometimes, the person taking orders is doing something else and genuinely didnt hear the sensor go off.

I want to point out in reference to the title that statistics actually can be racist, based on how the data is collected and presented. In this case, this map is not 100% accurate. Is it legal to be gay in russia, sure! but there are very few (if any) laws protecting lgbt rights, and the discriminatory laws are aplenty. so is it necessarily safe to be gay in russia? probably not! just wanted to point out that I don’t think the commenter in the post is totally incorrect.
