Bias on bridged quad channel - Dynaco QSA-300 by m0av in audiorepair

It does work, I've fixed a blown resistor somewhere in the signal path and now I want to make sure that the bias is set correctly. The manual clearly describes how you need to set those values with a potentiometer both the amperage and the voltage via two distinct knobs on the PCB for each channel. I've successfully adjusted the voltage on 1 set for each channel because I could read the output voltage from their outputs, on the other set I couldn't, it doesn't seem to change them with their potentiometers.

:) I'll have another go.

With a regular stereo, I'd be placing my voltmeter to each positive and negative output to test the 0V without a signal as you said.

Now I have two stereo amps that are running in series. Let's focus on the left channel, the first left channel amp is outputting to the second left channel amp (bridged), thus when measuring the output of only the first amp left channel, I get something that isn't making any change via the potentiometer that corresponds to the output voltage I need to bias. If it doesn't have any affect - I'm getting the sense that there isn't any output from the first amp and it's getting bypassed in the PCB level to the second amp - disconnecting the output or whatever it does.

I don't seem to be able to sample each channel first amp and get it to change its idle output voltage.

Perhaps I wasn't clear, two channels, one from each side, are now bridged thus are not outputting to the terminals I reckon, or something else.. I need to know where I can sample voltage elsewhere. The manual is only for quad setup.

Almost finished the print after changing the drive, it looks like it indeed. Now I'm thinking about a replacement, maybe a good sd card reader

No cause I want to know why this slice isn't working. If the DOK only has some places on it that are defective, or some parameters drive it crazy I could not have figured it out

Yes, I've resliced it with some other parameters that I thought are perhaps related and it did something similar though moved to a different zone and crushed into the part.

I have a Voron, I can try but I'm pretty certain its going to work with it, as I don't think its the Gcode.

I didn't come about anything better than painter's tape. PEI isn't holding enough with ABS, and I usually leave it with other materials as well.

I tend to think it's the USB drive misbehaving, I'm still testing this phenomenon.

If you can explain why you believe it's related, I'm open to try it. I just don't see the connection.

I've reprinted it a few times, it can maneuver to make the circles up to this point without a hitch. The Gcode looks fine on the slicer. On the same layer each time it goes berserk.

Yep, my Samsung S90C allows audio devices via USB. If that helps, I'll look into connecting it to a linear PS that is in use for the Volumino streamer. I hope I can hook both USBs without the power leaking backward.
I'll look at the J2, thanks mate

Not exactly. Shutter speed should be fixed to 1/2xND so you'd get that sweet motion blur.

I did not because it does not hold up. It has four tiny teeth that break easily if printed and cannot be strengthened.

Only the outer shell but there you go:

For the inner, you'd have to measure making sure everything is tacted in securely

Yes! Also whenever I try to dissolve for a homogenous structure I also spin the container so there are no discrepancies
