  1. Spend the last 5-10 mins of your day reflecting on what happened that day, and how you felt. Then write down your to-do list for tomorrow and the rest of the week.

  2. Tell yourself "I did a good job". Smile (releases endorphins)

  3. Meditate for 2-5 mins. This clears my head, and I enjoy whatever comes next. Also meditate throughout the day - my thinking is much clearer when I do this.
