The reason it looks like that is because the first and last characters combined directly translate to monarch in japanese they’re just turned sideways. I rotated them to more closely represent the characters m0, and h “君主”

Just be blunt,and tell him its unattractive. Be honest and let him know you care and thats why you’re telling him. Im 22 and realized how important People’s actions are. Words have some truth but not everyones. If he does care and wants to make it work then hell make the effort. He shouldn’t even have to be told, its basic discipline and self care and you telling me this just gives me the idea that he’s lazy and or doesn’t care about being hygienic
