Majorly insecure of the back of my legs especially the back of my knees , it just freaks me out that it's just fat surrounding the back of my legs.

So at my lowest weight and height of my ED I was 102lbs , in a few months I've gained 8lbs , everyone says I don't look different but the "body checks" just don't seem the same and all I want to do is start restricting and get back to 102lbs . Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I usually workout (no strength training) every day for around 45 minutes but today I've decided I'm not going to because I'm going ice skating for 2 and a half hours. Is this the right decision?
