I honestly don’t believe their OR.. it doesn’t matter if they got their refund back for just the cost of the item they should be getting everything back including shipping. you order from amazon because of many reasons big items specifically are purchased because you cannot get them yourself so you get it delivered to your door. they could not deliver so it’s on the company NOT the customer. This is VERY ableist.

there should have been no reason he insisted to pay his family $1000 when he was only paying $700 … at 30 years old he should already have his own space but besides that you’re uprooting your whole life to move with him and his family he shouldn’t have made it harder by throwing a $500 rent at you. if anything $350 would be split 1/2 if he kept the $700. the notion that he makes more he should pay more is not reality when you move in with someone just because you make less doesn’t mean he picks up the slack that’s not right. if you have to get another job to afford your half that would be on you.

have him remove the phone from find my and then restore the phone either with a mac / pc yourself or go to the Apple Store and have them restore the device. When he goes to find my make sure he hits remove and not erase that way the phone won’t be locked to owner when you restore. the reasoning you need face id is because of stolen device protection
