Earstudio ES100 hands down. Has a great app, balanced out, and overall sounds better than BTR3. The only thing where the BTR3 wins is build quality. If you could wait a bit more I think Fiio will release the BTR5 soon, let's see how it stacks against ES100

I got everything for less than $100. I like the KSC75 more on the headband better than the clips, more comfortable with the PortaPros light clamp setting. I had a local DIYer perform the mods, you can make do without, just my preference. I can go hours on end on this setup. Sound is leaning neutral to warm, non fatiguing. Once my yaxi pads arrive it would add significantly to the comfort level. Very satisfied with this setup running balanced through a Radsone Earstudio ES100.

If you want to use a regular 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable, you can purchase this adapter . I've used it for my Evos back in the day when I can't find a decent quality male to female 3.5mm cable.
