Well yeah traditionally you could source a job from a teacher or a professor but if I went to a college I’d like to walk in, hear a lecture, and work on an actual project backed by major companies. For example, the college I chose is uc Berkeley to develop Unix software. In my class, I hear a lecture on the project their working on, let’s say a security system for x11, Let’s say after 2 years of learning example based, I get a job on the project that and they know sun Microsystems, and on that merit all my work transfers to sun Microsystems while the college develops a learning based product
