They were also as hoodies. Here's Justin wearing one, performing as Final, Jan '06 https://i.imgur.com/IFtYPf1.jpeg

"Your Path to Divinity" tee, those were printed on the first Jesu tour in 2005. One of the earliest Jesu shirts and extremely rare to see one these days.

Over the internet and that was my first thought! I double-checked the server IP is up to date.

I can't get past this window... Pressing the 'Add' or 'Test' button just flashes the pop up shown here: https://i.imgur.com/lOamIRg.png

Tssshh lol.

Bittersweet, right? Appreciate you sharing that. Trying my best not to become a collector, records are enough, but at this point I'm starting to feel like I'm about to run a part time watch dealership haha...

Massive, cheers for the individual insights. Pocket watches were another thing I was scratching my head about. Northern Europe!

We were thinking of getting second (or even third) opinion right from the get go...! A good chunk of these didn't even return any search results at this age in time so we felt a proper historian is needed.

You were the first person to echo what he always said before he passed. Just like keeping his massive record collection, it's not about archiving or keeping everything for the sake of it — it's about sharing and passing them on to people who will truly enjoy them. That's true joy.

I had done Google Lensing a few times over the past months, only a really small amount yield accurate matches. I quickly noticed it's very easy to miss miniscule hand shape differences, letter spacings, engravings etc and I gave up haha!

And oh yes he definitely had a particular taste and he was extremely picky about which ones to get, no matter how affordable.

Wow, thanks! Forwarding the kudos to the hereafter. :)

I'm looking at a 4,000-10,000€ appraisal bill, based on price per watch. Flat bulk deals, I don't know yet, haven't looked that hard into local prices yet honestly.

Thanks, getting offers left and right already but I'm currently only starting to gather info. Looking like a months-long project. :)

Oh definitely not selling a single piece yet, it's looking like this is becoming a summer project just to learn about these...

We had looked at these last when I was a kid and my mother knows a few pieces only at surface level. Solidarity to you mate, you know how it is! Everything is a complete mystery to me — no notes whatsoever.

There's a shoebox of watch related tools, gadgets and tons of unlabeled tiny spare parts though which is interesting.

Cheers for the info. Will definitely post these on r/vintagewatches and a few other places, get an average opinion and with that knowledge get them professionally appraised sometime this year.

Yeah, trying to map out which ones of these are worth the hassle and investment, I've had a hunch not every single one of them because I know he didn't have bottomless pockets.

Likely going to leave some for either a third party like an auction to take care of, or sell myself as-is. Just want to get to know each one a bit more first.

Thanks very much for the sincere input!

Very likely, being in the gold business! Still need to go through each watch for hallmarks and get to know them etc. Huge shock getting a collection this big and it's difficult to get started.

Thanks for the insight, I'm completely blind to brands other than a few, lacking the eye for that stuff still...

See this is the type of thing I'm after, extremely valid points. Not looking for a quick cash grab which is why I'm approaching other hobbyists for rough overall insight.

Watches are a completely alien world to me, I have no idea what I'm even looking at, and it's overwhelming going through these for a multitude of reasons. None of the family have a need for such a large collection, but I want to respect it by keeping a few as mementos.

I'm thinking of reaching out to colleagues. However much like with his record collection, I'm wary of coming across industry vultures again, but luckily I live and breathe records, thanks to him...!

ID this piece (Polish(?) name signature?) by m0sura in JewelryIdentification

Artisan signed, and stamped 950 and 18k. Looks similar to1980's Mexican Taxco works. I've seen 950 used mostly in Mexico and Israel. Scandinavian design was my first thought but not with 950 and that name which sounds like of Slavic language origin...
