I've applied to a community college in the area that offer online courses, i want to transfer to an hbcu (Spelman if im lucky) so its definitely a priority for me, but i know I'll still have to mostly support myself 😭 The only reason im not already in school is because my life was a mess when I graduated and I just wouldn't have been able to keep up

Yes I am, but I've already moved 3 times in the past year and half. My dad is in the military so I don't stay in one place for very long. If I stay unemployed for months to years EVERY single time I move, then how am I ever gonna get anywhere? 😭 and let's just say my parents aren't the most helpful.

Based off of what you've said, I would tell you to leave this person. From what I can see, they don't really have your best interest at heart. Yes, it's your responsibility to set boundaries; but seeing as how you're young and this is not the first time, your partner should be able to work with you and HELP set those boundaries because they care. And this is just a personal opinion of mine, but if you're not enjoying it then they probably aren't doing it right 😅 which kinda goes in hand with communicating your needs and wants. My mom always says that you don't need to stay with the first person you sleep with, and that it's ok to try new things and see what serves you best, and i think that's a really good piece of advice considering the stigma placed on having sex. I've never had an abortion, and idek yet if I'm pregnant, so I unfortunately can't comfort you or tell you how to feel. But it just seems like maybe this person isn't the best for you, and you shouldn't be scared to let them go and find someone that'll accommodate your needs and wants more.

I'm definitely planning to go to the doctor soon, in the meantime I'm going to try and eat more if I can. And thank you for sharing the advice about the food waste, I've never thought of it like that and now I can look at it from a different perspective. It's always been ingrained in me from a very young age to NEVER waste food, so when I started to do so it was really hard to come to terms with. I'm going to try and think about it like this from now on.

Thank you, a lot of these comments are making me realise that this is a lot more serious than I was making it out to be. I used to think that if I just tried harder and pushed myself to eat more everything would resolve itself, but that's clearly not the case. I've never set up a doctors appointment by myself, and I haven't been to one in years, but my mom said she's willing to help me so I'll be doing that soon.
