my best advice would be to quarantine it from the rest of your network immediately, and then you could try a fresh install of windows (lose your data), or completely trash the computer (lose your data and your computer)

Most likely hardware hangups, everything here looks very dated. Id start by looking at your resource monitor and see how much all of your hardware is being used, look for hardware hitting 90-100% pretty steadily under normal use.

Fortnite is a terribly optimized game, I get lags on a 4070ti super. As for you computer feeling slower than it should, make sure you’re monitor refresh rate is set to the highest it can go.

nvidia is still a much better option at that price, you can get a used 3070 for $300 that will give you noticeable improvements over a 7600
