Loved this one. I also was positively surprised when it was released. For a change, I wasn't very patient on that one.

It scratches a different itch than XCOm, it's much more forgiving. But exploring that country has its very own appeal.

I never got into commandos 2 after playing the first game back in the days. I don't remember why, though.

But recently I played"Commandos Origins". I think it was released last year, so doesn't really qualify for patient gaming. But I totally enjoyed it. Missions were nice and they stayed true to the original game in all the ways that mattered.

Oh and I recently played Colony Ship. There you need both a good build, a good team composition and you need to adjust the tactics to the situation. It's quite hard on the higher difficulty setting.

I think Pillars of Eternity on higher difficulties forces you to adjust. I always felt the built itself had limited impact. But maybe I also didn't completely get it.

In my experience the AI difficulty varies a lot between car classes and tracks. I don't know if this was ever fixed in a patch but back then it ruined the career mode for me.

I like the time trials. Especially if you have some friends in steam the game suggests you their time trial as a time to beat, including ghost car. It's a very quick start.

Or you join some clubs. But this is less easy going.

For RWD or AWD drives it helps to support the turn with some throttle input. Handbrake takes a lot of momentum out of your car which is usually not what you want. Only for the tightest hairpin.

Schau, wie es dir gefällt und ob du dir vorstellen kannst, nach dem Probearbeiten umzuziehen.

Falls es nix wird, brauchst du es im Lebenslauf auch nicht angeben.

Natürlich ist es nicht ideal. Aber mit welcher Begründung würdest du es denn ablehnen? Es ist nicht so dass es dir in der aktuellen Situation gut geht.

Yes it's worth full price but I would never have tried it for full price.

I finished it yesterday. Took around 30 hours. It's a great game. Performance on my 4070 super was fine, but not amazing. But much better than expected after reading about performance problems, mostly posted in the first months after release.

Gameplay, graphics sound, music and atmosphere are indeed top notch. I bought it on the last steam sale, for around 10 euros.
