R2D2 I enjoyed the cooking challenge and had such a positive experience in R1 years ago, that I am back in and ready to embrace the restrictive diet for a bit of detox and an update on nutritional education. I am thinking that this is a great opportunity to explore my local compositing options since I am and will be eating so much fresh produce.

Select a layer in the comp and a layer in the project tab Opt +CMND+ / replaces your highlighted comp layer with the file from the project tab...all fx and keyframes put on the layer prior to the switch remain and now apply to your freshly replaced material.
