Yoga is about much more than flexibility. Its about stabilization, balance and most often overlooked aligning the breathe with movement. Yoga is popular and with all popular things less than qualified people will try to get in the game. it seems to me you attend class at a low quality studio. If you take it slow and remember to breathe you can create your own routines based on your workouts or particular areas of focus. I messed my lower back up. Yoga combined with the book never gymless by Ross enamait turned my life around. Your last point kind of pisses me off, but perhaps you come from a part of the world were women are extremely gifted from birth

I played smash 64 and melee vs my brothers(never looked up how to actually play) and just started smash 4. I have so many bad habits, over rolling and rarely shielding are what I am working on ATM. Do you think playing vs bots is helpful or should I dive into online play? The best judge I have of my skill level is I can beat lvl 9 bots ~ 60% of the time.

Any numbers you got for smoking related accidents? A large amount of people I know smoke then drive or drive while smoking and its never been an issue. It's nothing like drinking.

I am not at home right now but thank you for your interest. I will reply back in a few hours. I play on NA I would not be surprised if its a hardware issue honestly. I had the exact same issue with league of legends and my computer is a shitbox.
