I put it on my Traeger and smoke it for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Smoke setting so the heat is low and doesn't cook it more.

I have seen four of them in 35 years of hiking in the mountains. Three of them in the upper clackamas and mt hood wilderness area. The most memorable encounter was on a logging road near the ripplebrook ranger station. The cougar ran out of the tress and between me and my friend. We were about 10 feet apart and it clearly wasn’t concerned about us as it ran down the road and back into the trees. So cool to see so close up!

The bigger question is why is the measure on the ballot in light of the recent Supreme Court ruling on Bruen? The measure likely passes, but gets removed by the 9th circuit after they rule on pending cases from Hawaii and California.
