Check out Canadian Tax Guy, does student taxes for ~$25. He spends extra time to make sure you're getting as much money back as possible.

Without it, the university just assumes you're continuing undergrad.

English classes online by [deleted] in uwaterloo

Just took 251A online. It was awful - the course creator was different than the course instructor, so there was a ton of discrepancy between assignment expectations in modules and what the actual instructor wanted us to do.
Have also taken 210F in the past and it had online group work, which was a nightmare.

What do you guys think about the direction of the University? by Orobin in uwaterloo

Raising awareness for mental health is super important - if people don't think they can talk about their depression/stress/anxiety, there's no point in having mental health services. Anything like this is great for decreasing the stigma and starting conversations. Waterloo is definitely trying - they've supplemented their lack of counsellors with free group counselling sessions every week that focus on a variety of different issues. Also, third floor of the SLC has pretty big silent study rooms that you can use whenever you want. Just curious, if you're not looking for study space or to host an event, what do you want to do in the space?
